Bandwidth: Microsoft is experimenting with a family-friendly Xbox Game Pass package and has added Ghost Recon Wildlands.

More games are being uploaded to the cloud this week, and major corporations like Microsoft are starting to test new features. Players will be able to test out a new feature that lets friends and family share their Xbox Game Pass advantages starting today in Ireland and Colombia.

GAME PASS FAMILY PLAN FOR XBOX One of the best cloud gaming platforms is offered by Xbox. You may access a huge variety of games for a set monthly cost and play them wherever you are. You also have access to games that are kept locally. Overall, everyone benefits.

Xbox is testing out a new feature in limited availability would let customers to share their Xbox Game Pass account with others, much like a family plan, to sweeten the offer even further. According to Xbox, you can add up to four people to your subscription, each of whom will have access to the growing selection of titles.

This feature has very limited availability, as was already noted. Only users in Columbia and Ireland will be able to try this feature starting today. Additionally, they must be Xbox Game Pass Insider Preview subscribers, which only requires a change in membership. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate users who want to upgrade can do so and keep their old plan’s remaining time. Your membership pay cycle does not restart, in other words.

There are a few restrictions for anyone who want to join your family plan during this testing phase. Prior to this launch, they must reside in either Ireland or Columbia. Second, it appears that in order to enroll in the family sharing plan, they must cancel their present membership. In the early phases of the functionality, joining a membership plan while having a subscription in effect is known to cause problems, according to Xbox.

Members of the invited group are not eligible for conversion. A group member can terminate their current subscription or wait for it to expire before joining the group. Invited friends and family will need to create a new Microsoft account and sign in with it in order to take part if they don’t already have one.
