There is now an official release date for the Asus Zenfone 9, and it is soon.

The Asus Zenfone 9, the last little Android flagship, gave us a first look last week, and now we know when it will go on sale.

Asus officially announced today on Twitter that the Zenfone 9 has a scheduled launch event, if not a definite release date. On July 28, which is roughly two weeks from today, the phone will be completely revealed. The event will start at 9:00 ET.

Although Asus hasn’t confirmed any additional information, we already know almost everything the tablet will offer.

With a 5.9-inch display that is far smaller than the majority of handsets available today, the Asus Zenfone 9 will be one of the only compact Android phones with a flagship experience. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, and the camera array will feature a 50MP primary sensor.

Although the Zenfone 9’s price is yet unknown, it is undoubtedly something to anticipate.
