The 3D renderings of Samsung’s upcoming flagship earphones, the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro,

Thanks to 3D animated renders, we now have our first look at the upcoming high-end headphones from Samsung, the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro.

In order to compete with Apple’s AirPods and Google’s Pixel Buds, Samsung has progressively established a reputation for making some of the more well-liked earphones for Android users. We are rapidly approaching the anniversary of the Galaxy Buds 2’s simultaneous launch with the Galaxy Watch 4 series.

Given that there have been numerous reports about the Galaxy Watch 5 over the past few months, it appears that Samsung isn’t significantly altering the release timeline this year. Samsung will probably bring their newest pair of headphones to the next launch event, just like they did last year.

We may get a close-up look at the design of what will be called the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro thanks to reputable leaker Evan Blass and 91Mobiles . Unsurprisingly, the models demonstrate that the cover and earbud designs are mostly unchanged from the Galaxy Buds Pro released in January of last year.

The charging case has the same clamshell shape and a USB-C port on the rear. The addition of a new Bora Purple tint, which is rumored to coordinate with other hardware arriving at the next Galaxy Unpacked event, is the most noticeable change. The new purple shade complements the more conventional White and Graphite selections (black).

The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, code-named Zenith, are once again advertised as having Sound by AKG. However, nothing is known about the additional features and potential improvements that these new earphones could offer. The original Galaxy Buds Pro still had some potential for improvement in terms of noise reduction, as we pointed out in our review.

It might be fascinating to see how they compare to the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro when Samsung releases those headphones later this year, as Google is getting ready to release their own set of noise-canceling Pixel Buds Pro in the upcoming weeks.
