With a shortcut that pops up in the bottom-right corner of the screen, Android has allowed for rapid rotation for the previous several iterations. The smallest of changes is made by Android 13 QPR1 by enlarging the rotation button.
As can be seen in the screenshots below, Android 13 QPR1 (at the right) enlarges and thus making it simpler to press the rotate button in the bottom-left corner. The circle is almost the size of an app, while the size of the rectangle rotation symbol remains constant.
The three-button navigation bar on the right side of Android 9 Pie first featured this button. With the introduction of gesture navigation in Android 10 and the introduction of smart, camera-based rotation on Pixel phones in Android 12, Google created this floating button.
This size increase will undoubtedly assist third-party OEM Android devices, as Samsung’s tablet buttons are notoriously difficult to see.
There haven’t been many other cosmetic changes made to Android 13 QPR1 as of Beta 1. The inclusion of wonderful animations in Quick Settings tiles is the second modest change. The main change in QPR1 is anticipated to be the Unified Pixel Launcher search when it becomes stable in December.
