THE PRODUCT VIDEO FOR THE ZENFONE 9 SHOWCASES THE PHONES’ SPECS, DESIGN, AND FEATURES. Although the movie just lasts a minute and is attached below the text, it contains a lot of information. Most importantly, the design. The phone’s flat display will have a hole in the top-left corner for the display camera.

Of course, its bezels will be small, but they don’t seem to be all the same. A little more bezel will be on the bottom. Compared to the ZenFone 8, the rear will appear considerably better. It will feature two distinct circular camera islands with one sensor each hidden on each. They do appear to be fairly huge sensors.

It does appear to be coated, though, since the glass is matte rather than glossy, which is a good thing because glossy glass frequently becomes severely smeared.

The gadget will debut in four color variations and be fairly small. There will be four color options available. ASUS displayed models in red, white, blue, black, and other colors in this video. Except for the white variant, which has a silver frame, they are all made of black material.

But that’s not everything—far from it. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC will power the phone, according to this video. the most recent and potent Qualcomm flagship SoC.

Advertisement Similar to its predecessor, the phone will have a 5.9-inch Samsung AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The bundle will also include a 4,300mAh battery. Although the battery will be a little bit less than the one in the ZenFone 8, it should still be adequate because the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is said to be more power-efficient than the Snapdragon 888.

A 50-MEGAPIXEL MAIN CAMERA WITH GIMBAL STABILIZATION WILL BE INCLUDED. A 50-megapixel primary camera from ASUS will be present, and it will make use of a Sony IMX766 sensor. The ROG Phone 6 featured the same sensor, and it is capable of taking good pictures. However, there is opportunity for improvement. According to the video, that camera will also include gimbal stabilization.

Additionally, a side-facing fingerprint scanner will be provided rather than an in-display one. Because it has more than just a fingerprint scanner and a normal button, ASUS is dubbing this system ZenTouch. This key resembles a smart key in that it has a touch panel. For instance, you will be able to scroll by sliding across it.

Yes, we will have both stereo speakers and a headphone jack. The 3.5mm headphone port will be back on the phone, and it will have IP68 certification for water and dust protection. You will also receive a set of stereo speakers in addition to all of that.

If this video is authentic, as it appears to be, we will receive another admirable flagship that is still little. In that respect, the ZenFone 8 didn’t really face much competition, and it’s likely that the ZenFone 9 won’t either. There aren’t nearly as many flagship-level smartphones as you might think with screens less than 6 inches.
