Prior to the release of the subsequent preview, Google changed the Android Beta Program website on Monday and hinted about Android 14. Currently, the Pixel 4 and 4 XL are officially removed from the Android 13 Beta Program due to another update.
A list of compatible devices was missing from the initial page update, although there is a FAQ at one has been added that is likely up to date for Android 13 QPR1 (Quarterly Platform Release).

The final guaranteed Android version and security upgrades for Google’s 2019 flagships are this October . On paper, the Pixel 4 is more powerful than the smartphones that follow it, so it’s still terrible.
When the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro are released, they will most likely be included in the Android Beta Program.
After the first release of Android 13, the Pixel 4 should receive two additional monthly upgrades (and potentially a third to round things out). These updates should hopefully fix any remaining glitches.
