Once again, Samsung.com is having trouble with pre-orders for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4.

Trying to place a pre-order for a new Samsung device? So, if you’re attempting to do that at Samsung.com, you’re probably not the only one who is having trouble placing a pre-order while seeing the website crash.

This morning, Samsung.com is crashing left and right as pre-orders for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 , as well as the Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro, have been available.

The website’s home page and some product listings always load, albeit a little slowly. However, pages frequently crash throughout the pre-order process. I’ve noticed that the Galaxy Z Fold 4s page crashes in Chrome with the following error just as I’m about to choose colors.

But in all honesty, this is hardly shocking. After Unpacked earlier this year with the Galaxy S22, Samsung’s website collapsed for many users. The same thing happened with the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Flip 3 event from the previous year. In general, things ought to settle out within the next couple of days, which is good given that Samsung’s pre-order benefits are still valid through the end of this month.

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4 are available from most significant stores and carriers in the US if you don’t want to wait to secure your pre-order. Here, we’ve summarized all of the top pre-order offers.

I’ll update this post as soon as Samsung.com resumes operation.
