Nothing has finally made the Nothing Phone (1), its very first smartphone, official. This smartphone has been heavily promoted by the firm for a while, and it is now official. Given how much information leaked beforehand, many of you had a very solid notion of what was going to happen.
THE NOTHING PHONE (1), WITH ITS UNIQUE DESIGN, LED NOTIFICATION LIGHTS, AND MORE, IS NOW OFFICIALLY AVAILABLE. The None Phone (1) does have a distinctive appearance. The phone has flat sides, and the front and back are no different. Additionally, it has consistent bezels and a display camera hole in the upper-left corner.
Its reverse side gives it a very distinctive appearance. The device’s back is made of transparent glass, and you can see several LED notification lights there. These aren’t described as glyphs anywhere.
Advertisement These LED notification lights may be used to show a light show when your phone rings, light up when you receive messages, and more. When you put in your charger, the bottom LED light on your phone will even show you the battery level. These have a variety of applications.
THE DEVICE IS AVAILABLE IN BOTH 8GB AND 12GB RAM VERSIONS This gadget has mid-range specifications. It has an 8GB or 12GB RAM option and is powered by the Snapdragon 778G SoC. There are two 8GB RAM variants with 128GB and 256GB of storage. 256GB of storage are included with the 12GB RAM version.
Additionally, there is a 6.55-inch fullHD display with a 240Hz touch sampling rate and a 120Hz refresh rate (adaptive 60Hz-120Hz). This display has a peak brightness of 1,200 nits, which is fairly bright.
Advertisement A 50-megapixel SonyIMX766 camera and a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 camera are mounted on its back. On the front of the phone is a single 16-megapixel camera (Sonys IMX471 sensor). We will expand on those in our piece on specifications.
IS SUPPORTED 33W WIRED ANDAMP; 15W WIRELESS CHARGING The bundle also includes a 4,500mAh battery, and the gadget supports both conventional and wireless charging. Both 15W Qi wireless charging with support for dual charging and 33W PD3.0 wired charging are available. Other gadgets can be charged using 5W wireless reverse charging. But keep in mind that the charging brick is not included.
The gadget has two SIM card slots in addition to an in-display fingerprint scanner. It enables facial scanning, which makes use of the front-facing camera, and 5G connectivity.

Keep in mind that nothing stated that the gadget would receive security upgrades and 3 years of Android updates (every 2 months).
The phone weighs 193.5 grams and has dimensions of 159.2 x 75.8 x 8.3mm. The device won’t be available in North America, South America, or Australia, but it will be sold in markets around Europe and Asia.
Priced at 469 for the 8GB RAM model with 128GB of RAM and 499 for the 8GB RAM model with 256GB of storage. The price for the 256GB storage option with 12GB RAM is $549.
