New Nest items will be unveiled by Google at the Pixel 7 event.

In announcing its October 6 event this morning, Google mostly touted the Pixel 7, 7 Pro, and Watch, but it will also unveil the newest Nest smart home gadgets.

This information about Google also unveiling Nest smart home portfolio expansions at the event comes from the Ideas and Info section of the Google Store, which launched in June to highlight product recommendations.

While we previously reported on a new Nest WiFi with 6E capability, Google is widely believed to be working on a more cheap Chromecast HD. In the meantime, the business announced in September of last year that it would introduce a wired, second-generation Nest Doorbell with 24/7 recording. Even the streaming dongle with its distinct branding belongs to the Nest Connected Home family of goods.

The business also revealed today that its upcoming phone chip, to be known as the Tensor G2, will come with even more useful, customized capabilities for photographs, videos, security, and speech recognition.

Google also claims that all of the devices will be available for pre-ordering on GoogleStore.com the same day.

In the US, UK, and Australia, there will be a livestream experience on GoogleStore.com/events , while viewers from other nations can watch directly on YouTube . A feed using American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be available, just like with recent Google events.
