One of the most helpful resources for discovering new locations to go, the greatest dining options in town, or even certain areas to avoid during rush hour is Google Maps. Making lists and labeling your favorite locations in Google Maps is one method to simplify things for yourself. This is how.
Labels are quite helpful since they allow you to categorize locations according to almost any subject you can imagine. I typically utilize Google Maps labels to find the best restaurants and travel destinations. The concept is rather open-ended, so you can be as imaginative and elaborate as you like.
Making labels is fairly simple; it helps to locate the position to which you want to apply a label and create a new one specifically for that area. You can quickly add more locations to that label in Google Maps once it has been created.
How to make a label and assign locations to it in:
Open Google Maps on your device. Locate the location you want to give a label. On the location page, click the Save button. The first option is New list. Name and describe the list, and indicate whether or not you want it to be private. In the top right corner, click Create.
Once a label has been established, you may hit Save on any other place and select to add it to the list you previously created. Additionally, you can save the same place to several lists in your Google Maps account.
Your labeled places will be discernible and marked with a blue pin on Google Maps when it is zoomed out. This notifies you that you’ve saved that spot and enables you to tap it from a far greater distance than usual.
All things considered, labels are an excellent tool for grouping your favorite or least favorite locations on Google Maps. Labels and lists in Google Maps are a terrific set of tools because you can create those lists from any type of locations you can locate or dream of.
