Invitations to Samsung ‘s upcoming Unpacked event, scheduled for August 10th, have just been distributed. It will begin at 9 AM ET and probably last for an hour.
This year, Samsung is continuing to hold its event virtually. Given that they can cater more to individuals watching than just those in attendance, it is likely that the corporation believes this to be a superior way to go about things.
The Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 are expected to be announced at Unpacked, although the company has not confirmed this. This is because recent leaks have shown that they will be.

However, there haven’t been as many Galaxy Tab S9 rumors as there have been about the Flip 4 and Fold 4. PORTABLES FOR FALL Samsung is continuing to release its smartphone in the spring and its foldables in the fall, like it did last year. Foldables have stolen that slot on the calendar as the Galaxy Note is no longer a thing and has been replaced by the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Which is understandable given Samsung’s belief that it represents the future.
Advertisement This year, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 should receive some excellent enhancements. It will still be there, thankfully, but it won’t be as prominent, with an even less noticeable crease on the screen.
In either case, we won’t have to wait long to learn everything there is to know about these new foldables and anything else Samsung chooses to reveal at Unpacked.
