FIFA 23 is confirmed, and Into the Breach receives a free “Advanced Edition” update, according to the Stadia Changelog.

Google Stadia hasn’t had any large games yet this year, but one big game has been formally confirmed for the platform. Stadia will soon host FIFA 23.

On 9to5Google, we compile some of the Stadia news that we wouldn’t otherwise be able to discuss in our weekly series called Stadia Changelog. A summary of the new games that were added to Stadia during the week, a list of games that received upgrades and fixes, a list of new games that have been confirmed or are rumored to be coming to the platform, and more are included. Check out Bandwidth, our weekly examination of the remainder of the cloud gaming industry, which includes GeForce Now, Luna, and more, every Friday when you return.

NEW GAMES AVAILABLE ON GOOGLE STADA This week, no new games were released on Stadia; however, Phoenix Point: Complete Edition and Madden NFL 22 MVP Edition were both added to the store as new bundle offers.

This year, Google has already launched 41 new games to Stadia. More weeks like this one would undoubtedly help the platform fulfill that goal. In 2021, Google added 107 new games to the Stadia library, and the company promised at least 100 new games throughout 2022.

The promise of 100 new games has notably stopped appearing in Google’s most recent community updates and blog articles; the last time it did so was in March.

COMING GAMES TO STADA This week’s greatest Stadia-related news is undoubtedly EA’s announcement that FIFA 23 will be available on the platform. The largest game to be released on Stadia this year is this, the third installment of the franchise on Google’s platform. The last game in the FIFA series, FIFA 23, supports cross-platform multiplayer that integrates with Stadia, women’s competitions, and more.

FIFA 23 is currently available for pre-order on Stadia and will go on sale on September 30.

This week, no new games were added to Stadia.

New squads, weaponry, pilots, foes, missions, and a new difficulty level are all part of this.

The final boss in Jedi: Fallen Order has a bug.

This week, on Reddit brought to our attention an issue that appears to have been present for some time in EA’s Jedi: Fallen Order’s final boss encounter. It seems that for certain players, the game frequently freezes while they are fighting the last battle. Though it’s not apparent if it affects all players, the problem seems to have surfaced in the last few months or so.
