William Engel II, works on getting his newly connected internet to work as his wife Jerrica comforts their son, William III, 15 mos., as they sit together in their nearly empty new apartment, Wednesday, Aug. 25th, 2010, in Olympia, Wash., Engel returned Wednesday from a one-year tour of duty to Iraq as a driver with the 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team.
