I would really like you to answer me what being smart is, for you that is?
And keep in mind that we're assuming this computer that is made is made with an A.I. Meaning it can think by itself. And by thinking, it means being able to foresee results of an action or theory with other words conclusions. Being that computers are able to virtual create a perfect environment inside it's own mind for each and everyone of it's ideas.

Computers will start working on computers. Actually, researchers already use computer simulation to do a lot of the work and problem-solving when it comes to designing new computers. Look up "Singularity" or "Ray Kurzweil" on youtube, it's a good thing.

well if it can learn, literally learn its possible it will learn faster and more than we will without forgetting. You never know what can happen...Humans have already started making robots that learn the same way babies do, i think toyota was head of that project last i heard of it was a few years ago.....dont underestimate technology because it evolving unbelievably fast.

Haha, understand that it is higher than most counties, which proves your statement, having more people brings down the IQ level, and having so many International Schools piles up idiots who come from other countries to lower the IQ and there are so many other factors, I am confused why the world has not learned from both world wars, and from testimony from Shoah survivors, why people still hate, I am surprised. How is not including yet another random fact racist?
China has an average IQ of 100 (highest of which is in ex-colonial Hong Kong with an estimated average of 107), along with Belgium, United Kingdom & New Zealand...
And China has substantially more people than those countries put together.
South Korea or Japan would be better examples. (averages of 106 and 105, respectively)
